They say we resort back to childhood as we age.

But how far should we go?

Infancy?

And why would we want to?

If we consider what an infant eats and compare it to what an adult eats, there is quite a difference. Babies drink breast milk and adults do not.

Now, I can tell you that I spent a small fortune on coconut oil over the years, simply because not all coconut oil is created equal. Some are cold pressed, some have been heated up, and some have fillers in.

You really have to do your research and find out how it’s made before you buy it.

I would highly suggest trying coconut oil. I take at least 1 tablespoon a day. I just shovel it in like peanut butter, as crazy as that sounds. I’ve tried other methods of ingesting it like mixing it in food or cooking with it, but for me it was just easier to use as a supplement.

This is amazing news for the menopausal woman because as we age, we become drier where we once were moist, and that makes us susceptible to all kinds of vaginal infections and uncomfortable maladies.

Using coconut oil as a moisturizer down there, makes total sense. You can even take a quarter teaspoon of coconut oil, drop it in plastic, wrap it up into individual bullet looking suppositories, and freeze.
