When you sleep you sweat, and that’s a problem during menopause. You get hot, and then you get cold, and then you wake up. I’ve discovered if you buy the right pajamas your sweat won’t be an issue anymore. You’ll have a blissful night sleep. It absolutely works for me… every time!
Anything made out of bamboo material, will help. The idea is that the absorbent material (bamboo) will trap your sweat so you don’t feel a thing. Kind of like bamboo diapers and product for babies. Check out the gems in my boutique.
