It’s not a diet, it’s just a different way of eating. I never feel deprived, and I can and do eat anything I want.

If intermittent fasting was a diet, I don’t think I’d have anything to do with it. I’ve never been one for diets. But this… this is different. It’s just eating in different windows.

I never thought it would work when I first started trying it in 2014. I didn’t tell anyone because I didn’t want to have to backpedal if it didn’t work. But it DID work and I was so completely shocked.

I’ve been able to maintain my weight and lost 50 pounds since then. Intermittent Fasting has given me my youthful glow back. But it’s so much more than that. It’s a health and wellness program you can do that doesn’t cost a dime. Other programs require you to invest a lot of money into something that may or may not work for you.
